Paying it Forward...

I would like to share a little “paying it forward” with you.  Thankfully, this part of  my world is growing and I thought I would share the organizations I will be serving on some level again in 2017. Each of these organizations is worthy  in  their purpose, seeking to better the lives of others:   children,   seniors and students.

In 2017, I  will  be making a donation in your honor toThe Kempe Foundation, "Closings for Kempe" for each transaction or referral.  If you are thinking of buying, thinking of selling or know someone who is, please call Victoria Gartelos 720-218-0138. I currently serve on the Board of The Kempe Foundation. I am Chair of the IMAGINE 2017 Kempe Foundation Dinner, held April 22nd at the Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for Performing Arts.KEMPE LOGOThe Kempe Foundation is a “world leader in the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect”.  Every hour, a child somewhere in Colorado is being abused or neglected. Every dollar raised can help ensure they receive the best treatment available and prevent further maltreatment. This donation will allow  a  foster  parent  to  work one-to-one with  a Kempe clinician to learn how to help  their  new  child cope  with complex,  emotional issues. Every   day,   Kempe   brings   together   leading  research   and   treatment  professionals, policy makers and community members to make sure every child has  the  opportunity  to  develop and grow in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. Scholarships  are awarded to women at the University of Denver-Colorado Women’s College.
