Meet Dean
Dean Gartelos, a 3rd Generation Real Estate Broker, literally 'grew up' in real estate, helping Victoria and her parents, Nick and Dena Papageorge, with everything from delivering newsletters and flyers to mowing lawns and shoveling snow on listings. After graduating from Colorado State University, Dean has supported Victoria as a Business Manager and as an Associate Broker.
Dean brings over 25 years in the Technology Industry and a thriving Consulting Practice with a solution-oriented approach to assisting clients. He has extensive experience in negotiating contracts, analytics and brings his positive outlook to each opportunity for the clients he serves. Dean has a passion for helping people and businesses. He brings an optimistic, positive approach to business and family, whether negotiating a complex transaction, developing a business case, and mentoring young professionals. Dean endeavors to be a consistent force of positivity in action.
Dean's wife, Chrisanne, originally founded Upwards Lifestyle Home Staging & Design to serve the clients of The Real Estate Agency. Chrisanne has successfully expanded Upwards Lifestyle and is now serving Real Estate Brokers and their Clients throughout Metro Denver.
Dean, Chrisanne, and their son, Michael, enjoy family activities...camping, fishing, biking, travel, and of course watching Michael play Hockey as a Goalie at Regis Jesuit High School, where Dean provides Play-By-Play for Michael's hockey games, streamed through Shaw Productions and Twitch.
