Walgreens ~ Leetsdale and Quebec
Victoria expertly worked through a Land Assemblage with four individual property owners to list and sell the vacant ground at Leetsdale and Quebec. Victoria then successfully sold the assemblage to Walgreens for the development of a Walgreens store on the site. She worked with the buyer, sellers, and legal counsel to obtain the proper zoning from the City and County of Denver.
Office Building at The Landmark
Victoria was called upon by a residential brokerage colleague to work with clients who wanted to purchase an office building, specifically an as-is building adjacent to the luxury high-rise community, The Landmark. When it comes to commercial real estate, many people say that it takes six months or more to work through a transaction...not so with Victoria. She sold the building, which closed in less than 45 days. It was then redeveloped into the existing lovely office building of Eidos Architects.
Shopette at The Highlands ~ 32nd and Meade
Initially, Victoria was asked to manage this storefront shopette, which she did for several years. Ultimately, the Seller moved abroad and decided it was time to sell the property. Victoria successfully listed and sold the shopette, which is in the now ever-popular Highlands district in Denver.
Office Leasing
Victoria has worked with clients to secure office space in several office buildings through the years in buildings throughout Southeast Denver.
Other Residential Opportunities
While Victoria works with many clients as a Project Manager, making everything from minor improvements to full renovations of their properties to obtain the maximum sales price. She has successfully helped clients in these efforts from Morningside Condominiums, Three Fountains Condominiums, to single-family homes in Stonegate, Willow Creek, and Southmoor Park, etc. It is particularly heartwarming when, at closing, clients will say, "You just helped us pay Mom or Dad's Retirement Center/Assisted Living for a long time".
When clients would rather sell their properties as-is, Victoria has a significant database of investors who fix and flip such properties, usually with all-cash transactions with quick closings.
